The 6 criteria for observing Hijaab

If they wish to, they can cover these parts too. Some scholars of Islam insist that the face and hands are parts of the obligatory extent of hijab.
All the remaining 5 criteria are same for men and women.

Complete Hijaab besides the 6 criteria of clothing also includes the moral conduct, behavior, attitude and intentions of the individual. A person only fulfilling the criteria of the Hijaab of clothes is observing Hijaab in a limited sense.
Hijaab of the clothes should be accompanied by the Hijaab of the eyes, heart, thought and of intention. It also includes the way a person walks, talks and behaves.
