Benefits of Breastfeeding 🍼✨
✨😍🌺 My day typically starts with being drooled on from baby kisses, laughter & scratches. After spending time reading or watching her favorite educational show, our rising routine consists of diaper changing & feeding time. I wanted to share this raw visual because I’m a
mathor & realistically I’m not going to be dolled up or aesthetically pleasing. I encourage other women to embrace their flawlessly & naturally beautiful selves. 💜✨ There are soooo many benefits to breastfeeding. Not only is it the most ideal way of feeding your baby, there
are also benefits for mama too. Breastmilk promotes infant wellness due to the presence of antibodies in breastmilk which makes it a natural form of immunization. Breastmilk is easily digestible, custom made for your baby every moment, filled with antibodies to protect against
infection, creates skin to skin contact which is an intimate way to bond with your baby, & so much more. Not only does breastfeeding save money, it’s great for the environment & ALWAYS READY AND AVAILABLE!! Breastfeeding helps mama’s uterus return to its normal size faster,
contributes to postpartum weight loss, regulates hormones & can be emotionally grounding which can help prevent postpartum blues. I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding for 6 months now. Nova and I love our time. She loves to tap me on my face or slap my breast haha.
She’s grown so much & I know it’s because she has access to this liquid life force. Do you plan on breastfeeding your baby? Have you breastfed your children? 🤱🏾🍼✨

Postpartum Care Tips for New Mothers:
It’s important to keep an eye on your temperature & how your body feels as it may indicate a possible infection. In the first few months, also check on your baby as well. If either temperature is over 100.4 look into further assistance.
If your kundalini is awakened you may naturally have a higher temperature & heartbeat, especially at this time. This is why the external heat on the plane(t) is rising. Babies naturally are connected to source so they have the faster rate just like they did in utero.
As more advanced beings come through the womb portals, it is important to note that the standard of healthcare has been centered around European statistics meaning for the Remembered Ones, biologically measurements are that for a mouse compared to a giraffe, as far as accuracy.
I’ll do my best to stay on task with this portion of the thread haha. Next.
Breasts!! Normally soft until the third-fifth day which is when engorgement (your breasts fill w/ milk) is experienced. For some, it can be painful or uncomfortable as they may become heavy & extremely tender. Breastfeeding ASAP after delivery & in general can relieve it.
You can also apply ice packs or take a warm shower letting the water run down your chest & back especially. There’s also the cabbage method where you cut off the hard rib & place it in your bra for about 20 mins; don’t recommend often because it reduces milk production.
If you are nursing daily, examine your nipples for small or large cracks in the skin bc it can lead to infection or pain while feeding. It’s a different sensation having your nipples constantly stimulated & a different force than you’re likely used to from a sexual standpoint.
For relief, try rubbing breastmilk on your nipples and letting them air dry, apply a natural butter/cream such as aloe, etc. Pay attention to any changes & don’t be afraid to reach of for assistance. In fact there are lactation consultants who would be happy to guide you.
Uterus care.

After giving birth your uterus should start to feel like a very firm ball. If it’s not hard, continue massaging it gently until you feel it become firm & hard. Many will feel a cramp like feeling as you massage it. Overtime the position of it will change.
In the beginning, it should be at or below your naval & will gradually go down toward the pubic bone in the following days. It’s important that the uterus remain contracted (firm; like flexing a muscle) to control postpartum bleeding.
Again, it’s natural to feel a bit of cramping during postpartum, especially while breastfeeding (which naturally shrinks the uterus; for women interested in tantra this also prepares you by helping you to identify what the uterus feels like & how to work with it).
These pains are sometimes call after birth pains & are caused by the movements of the uterus: contraction & relaxation. As much as it may sting at first & feel bruised, it’s also very important to urinate because the bladder can push against the uterus causing it to shift.
