The 7-day average continues to skyrocket, far surpassing the peak of the outbreak early on.

As cases increase dramatically, testing has actually declined somewhat, according to the 7-day average of that number.
Tuesdays usually see the highest "new tests" report... today's report was lower than the past few.

Here's a graph of the state's new cases by the date the person said they started feeling sick.
The purple line is delayed by 7 days to let data come in. It shows a very clear steady increase since 6/1

Here is that same graph for Oklahoma and Tulsa counties, both of which are seeing increases. Tulsa's cases are spiking higher
Health officials in the metros have generally attributed the bulk of this increase to reopening in the state and general "quarantine fatigue."
In Tulsa, their increase was also attributed in part to several indoor gatherings https://www.tulsaworld.com/news/local/tulsa-health-department-director-wishes-trump-rally-would-be-postponed-as-local-covid-cases-surge/article_bac51435-a5d0-5b5c-ba74-182047453d53.html

Yesterday, Vice President Mike Pence said Oklahoma's cases have "declined precipitously"

This wasn't even true before the recent spike. It's probably fair to say that the curve had been flattened, but cases certainly hadn't "declined precipitously"
According to an AP report, Gov. Stitt said yesterday that much of the increase is due to an increase in testing. This does not seem to be true, as testing is down in the past two weeks and cases are up.

The percent of people who tested positive also increased in the past two weeks
5/20-6/2 1.8% positive
6/3-6/16 3.4% positive
(I calculate the "total tests" number by adding negative+positive specimens)
