The top tweet which mentioned your profile handle.

If it's a positive tweet, don't forget to reach out and say thanks!
Top follower :

This is the follower account which has the maximum number of its own followers.

They liked you! Reach out and thank them.

Build a relationship.

This account could translate to maximum exposure for you if they engage with your content!

Usually, the days you tweet more, your impressions are more.
