DON'T YOU JUST LOVE ORANGE? 😍😍😍

I remember when I was a kid, I always wanted an 'arange' cause of the juicy ,succulent and meaty flesh. I would cry my eyes out until I got an orange.

Oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C, high in vitamin C and an healthy immune system builder. It prevents skin damage hence usage in face packs which gives you clear and brighter skin.
Oranges keep blood
pressure under check and lowers cholesterol.
It also controls blood sugar level and reduces the risk of cancer.
The peel has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties which makes it great for treating acne and oily skin.

Like the saying 'Too much of something is bad'.

Eating oranges in excess can affect digestion causing abdominal cramps which could lead to diarrhea. Though oranges are
low in calories ,eating several daily can lead to weight gain if you are watching your weight. The orange peel can be used as a lamp, follow the image below.
