The Govt continues to make decisions with no basis in logic, causing unnecessary cost with little or no safety benefit.
Three examples (sure there are lots more):

Theatre performances banned.
Odd when pubs can open. If worried about infection from performers, then increase testing.
Worst of all, I think even outdoor theatre remains banned despite evidence of lower transmission risk outdoors.

Church services limited to 30.
Where is the logic in applying this equally to tiny chapels & huge cathedrals? Church leaders should be up in arms about this.

No cricket as ball is a "vector of infection". Really?!
Outdoor activities have low risk of transmission anyway, but easy to minimise risk from ball by players sanitising hands between innings. And if really necessary, wipe the ball with a disenfectant cloth between overs.

Swimming pools stay shut (indoor & outdoor I think), despite the disenfectant effect of chlorine - nuts!
Conservative backbenchers, @Keir_Starmer and the media need to be holding @BorisJohnson to account over these decisions.
