Do you have a goals list?

I break my goals into three sections:

1. Short Term

2. Medium Term

3. Long Term

Thread.
My goals list constantly being upgraded:

Every time I complete a goal, I write a new Goals List.

I store my old ones in a filing cabinet.
This way,

I have a record of my accomplishments.
A goals list is basically a Blue Print for your life.

Have you ever tried to build a house without a Blue Print?

Bad idea.

Same thing with life.
The more you get used to writing Goals Lists,

The more you see the value of writing lists.

As an adult with ADD, lists are CRUCIAL to my survival.

Especially when I am not medicated.
“A dull pencil is better than the sharpest mind.”

ADD or not:

Lists can change your life.

Especially a Goals List.
Another recommendation that comes from Warren Buffet regarding lists:

Write down 25 things you need to get done;

Now, circle the top 5 most important.

Next; avoid the 20 un-circled tasks AT ALL COSTS,

Until you have fully finished the first 5 tasks.
