Watching this. Arwady says we're able to move into Phase 4 Friday because we're only at moderate-high incidence rather than high incidence. https://twitter.com/chicagosmayor/status/1275473900176945153
Arwady: "We still have a lot of COVID in Chicago. The word 'high' is definitely still in where we are."
Arwady: It's going to be a long time before we're done with COVID.

When you're out and about, you should think about how to limit risk for yourself and other people you're around.
This is Arwady's guide to help Chicagoans figure out if it's safe for them to go out and see others.
Arwady: "The idea of this matrix is if you can answer 'yes' to all of these questions ... I want you practicing all of the normal COVID precautions, but you can sort of move ahead," even if you have riskier people in your circle.

But if you have at-risk people in your circle ...
and are answering "no" to these questions, you should avoid the activity.
Arwady: "Be thoughtful about COVID. If you've got someone who's really high risk, y'know, fewer risks with that person is sort of the way it works. And you're carrying those people on your back ... ."
Arwady: If you don't feel comfortable yet, don't have people over.
Arwady: "There is no such thing as a Chicago strain of COVID."
Arwady: She thinks there will be settings where a COVID-19 vaccine will be required, like schools and some workplaces, though there won't be a government requirement. "That's gonna be a conversation down the line."
Arwady: "There is no such thing as a risk-free interaction, unless you can always — 6 feet, all of these things."
