One of the scary things about being Jewish today is the literal erasure of Jews as an ethnic minority. Even as Jews face rising hate crime violence on both racialised & religious bases (& more besides), the Left merrily go around simply painting Jews as 'white'.
It's essential that the schools curriculum have a broader range of voices, but this trend is insidious. Earlier this month, a Labour BAME group celebrated the first BAME MPs elected 30 years ago. Erasing Labour Jews who literally helped found the Party.. https://twitter.com/jobellerina/status/1271088882495389696
Until the 1960s & 70s, Jews faced quotas for some schools, bars from many companies (thus so many Jewish accountancy & law firms), the infamous 'JNNA' on jobs boards, social clubs, not to mention street violence and more besides. https://www.jta.org/1961/01/25/archive/london-schools-charged-with-practicing-anti-jewish-discrimination
Uplifting & tackling systemic prejudice in our education system against other minorities, does not require the erasure of the Jewish experience. Arthur Miller was not a "white man" & never would be to white supremacy.
