We want someone who, unlike Woodgate, has some coaching experience. Whether that be at a domestic level, or an u18/u22 international level, a foreign manager, or an aspiring coach who has worked under or alongside top, top managers.

Anyone who thinks we will be battling for promotion next season under Warnock needs to give their heads a shake. Our team is unbalanced, aging and hasn’t the energy to compete with the best in this league.

Next season there’ll be a lot of outgoings and (hopefully) a lot of incomings. We shouldn’t trust a manager who will likely retire after next season with a transfer window which could potentially be a detriment to a future manager

That being said, I welcome Neil Warnock, and I am thankful for him coming in. I’m confident we will stay up. But there is a reason why he is only employed at relegation threatened clubs.
He is not the solution past this season.

We should be aspiring for a manager who can grow with the club, develop our sides from U10s to senior level and have a philosophy running though
Then, should they get sacked or leave; we should appoint a similar manager with fresh ideas. Similar to the likes of Brentford
