After watching the 1999 and 2000 VMA’s, I kinda wanna do a thread on how JC and Joey were the best 2 dancers and singers in *NSYNC. Thinking......

Let’s start with Joey who I’d say is arguably the most UNDERRATED *NSYNC member. He really shined during this VMA performance and made me proud

20 years later and even joking around, he’s still killing the choreography

Being on Dancing With The Stars (and winning 2nd Place

) helped him become even more of a diverse dancer by learning and mastering multiple dance styles!

One thing I’ve noticed about Joey is that he gives 110% in every performance and you can see it on his face during this 2000 VMA performance!
Joey was known as the “hammy” dancer of the group which I think added to his charm and performance level. He was very theatrical when he performed which isn’t a shock because he was in theater in high school and eventually did Broadway.
Now let’s discuss Joseph’s vocals! His voice really cannot be classified! It’s so smooth yet you can also hear the Broadway influence on his voice. His use of falsetto is breathtaking and his head voice is really strong!
Here’s a quick clip of JC and Joey harmonizing and their voices are truly the perfect pairing!
Joey has RANGE for days

How could a voice so beautiful be so underrated? I genuinely think that Joey would’ve sounded amazing if they gave him a part in (God Must Have Spent) A Little More Time on You
I wish that Joey would’ve actually released this song because it really fits his voice and range! It could’ve been a great breakout single for him if he wished to pursue a solo career.
This one is self explanatory
Even 20 years later, in a Rabbit costume, he still manages to outsing and outperform most of the young men today.
Not many can do a song by The Temptations justice, but Joey surely did and sung his ass off while doing it!
