2/ Why should you or I give the bank our hard-earned money and get maybe 0.5 percent or in some cases, pay them for the privilege to hold our money, as a result of negative interest rates, or pay ridiculous fees in situations where minimum deposit isnt met?

3/ With $Defi, you cut out the bank. As a result, you can get significantly better interest rates whether you are lending your capital or borrowing against it.

7/ Fractional ownership allows you to enter into the investment which would otherwise not be possible if you weren't accredited as it would be deemed a security
Now if I own 1/30th of a building, my interest will be represented with a token which can now be traded

8/ Being able to trade my interest, increases liquidity, which allows me to get in and out of a position quickly. The same can be applied for artwork, other debt instruments, etc

10/ No one wants to get left behind. At some point, countries will be forced to embrace the new paradigm.
When will this be the case? I don't have a crystal ball but if Liechtenstein's model proves to be a success, more and more countries will adapt
