Personally think that the 'KDB RCM role' was an invention of Pep's due to KDB's unique qualities (combo of low cut backs + passing range + the obvious ability to progress play) I've not seen these full set of skills in any RCM, not even ESR tbh https://twitter.com/jogafutboI/status/1278675575947898888
So I think Arteta's first choice 433 midfield shape will follow the conventional - a dlp (Xhaka), a more defensive than attacking B2B at RCM (Partey) and an attacking B2B at LCM (New CM/Saka).
Of course Partey can also play lone pivot but that will be in extreme cases imo because he is more than just a sitting DM imo - bit like a more technical Kante or an Allan than Rodri/Jorginho/Fabinho for example
