Indian journos have no honesty left in them when reporting anything related to Hindus, in India or abroad.
Filing a lawsuit in US has nothing "historic" about it. I can file several lawsuits against @Newspaperwalli & @thewire_in for causing anguish, libel & call it historic.

The key is the ability to win such frivolous lawsuits. Winning the lawsuit doesn't mean that justice is served. It just means your attorney was better than the other.
So, there's nothing "historic".

The California Courts cud side with the "dalit" against Cisco in two scenarios:
¹/ "Dalit" filed a complaint with HR & they did not fulfill their role.
²/ The selected jury gets biased under social pressure & renders a verdict.

We know so far know that the person complained but HR did not find any wrong-doings, twice.
Now, we are left with #2 - it's called Jury tainting.
Of course, to achieve that #equitylabs & Indian fake liberals will do anything in their power to show Hindus in US in bad light.

A social pressure would be created. The time tested chronology would be as follows:
¹/ First plant an "opinion piece" in their favorite mouthpiece called the wire.
²/ A follow up story wud show up in the quint.
³/ Then, the news story wud be picked by wapo, nyt, etc

And an all out Hindu bashing wud begin practically passing judgement how cruel, evil, & bad Hinduism is.
Their main goal is to divide Hindus on caste lines to weaken them, weaken India.

The tweet below is just an indication of these self serving fake journalists' poor knowledge and deprived mentality.

Now it's UC Hindus fault that there are more numbers of them than other Hindus in US tech sector, although I do not believe it & author did not provide any source of such made up claim.

With almost 85% reservation in school/colleges & then in jobs in India, the general category Hindus can't just wipe themselves out. They have to look for opportunities.
But it's there fault that their adopted home gave them those opportunities.

The fake "intelligentsia" calling themselves journalist consistently fail to put the blame where it belongs -- on Indian politicians and reservation opportunists playing the cast card in India for over 70 years.

A conveniently forgotten fact remains that Dr. Ambedkar placed the reservation clause as temporary measure.
The untapped growth, the development that India cud realize is being throttled due to this caste politics. And now these pinko communists brought it to US as well.

I made few spelling mistakes in the tweets above while using the HUGE keyboard on my cell phone while typing the thread. It was inadvertent and I apologize for not proof reading before posting.
