When I heard "THE SUPREME COURT JUST GAVE AWAY HALF OF OKLAHOMA!" I knew it was a lie.
It took me exactly 30 seconds to prove that I'm right. https://www.tulsaworld.com/news/supreme-court-hands-oklahoma-a-loss-on-tribal-lands-fight/article_4c33fbe8-c1ed-11ea-8c16-2705dc65414a.html

"Jonodev Chaudhuri, ambassador of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and a former chief justice of the tribe's Supreme Court, said the argument about legal havoc in the state was overblown."
"'All the sky-is-falling narratives were dubious at best,' Chaudhuri said. 'This would only apply to a small subset of Native Americans committing crimes within the boundaries.'"
"'This case didn’t change ownership of any land. It didn’t impact the prosecutions of non-Indians in any way.'"
"'All it did was bring clarity to jurisdictional questions regarding the border, and it enhanced the Creek Nation's ability as a sovereign nation to work with other sovereign interests to protect people and to work in common interests.'"
"Forrest Tahdooahnippah, a Comanche Nation citizen and attorney who specializes in tribal law, said the ruling's short-term implications are largely confined to the criminal context and that..."
"...serious felonies committed by Native Americans in parts of eastern Oklahoma will be subject to federal jurisdiction."
"'In the long term, outside of the criminal context, there may be some minor changes in civil law,' he said. 'The majority opinion points out assistance with Homeland Security, historical preservation, schools, highways, clinics, housing, and nutrition programs...'"
"...as possible changes. The Creek Nation will also have greater jurisdiction over child welfare cases involving tribal members.'"
"An analysis published in The Atlantic notes of a possible estimated 1,887 impacted cases, fewer than 10% appeared to qualify for a new trial based on a statutory one-year time limit to file for relief."
"The State of Oklahoma, Muscogee (Creek), Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, and Seminole Nations joint statement:"
"The State, the Muscogee (Creek), Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, and Seminole Nations have made substantial progress toward an agreement to present to Congress and the U.S. Department of Justice..."
"...addressing and resolving any significant jurisdictional issues raised by the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in McGirt v. Oklahoma."
The good thing about this era is that the unreliable hysterics are exposing themselves.
Cognitive rigidity is a sign of serious mental illness, and when people are seriously mentally ill, you have to write them off.

It's bizarre that people who want to be taken seriously are so willfully unserious.
The news coming from most high-profile sources is entirely false.
They don't understand that there's a massive price to pay for this permanent hysteria.

The big dogs will become irrelevant chihuahuas, and the up-and-comers will slide back down into obscurity.
THIS IS INEVITABLE.
If you're SMART, you'll tell the truth. Telling the truth builds your brand, if that's what you want.
Everything else is self-sabotage.

You'd be surprised by how many people are self-saboteurs.
There are lots of reasons.
With success comes the responsibility to maintain the quality of your output. Some people find that impossible to do. So they deliberately fail and blame it on others.

A more complicated motivation for failing is the notion that anyone who admires you is a scumbag, since you yourself think you're not worthy of admiration.
The more successful you become, the more you hate your audience.
So you begin failing just to hurt them.

At the core of THAT pathology is self-pity.
Very few people can genuinely overcome hardship. The reason is that they always think, "Why me? What did I do to deserve this?"
The answer of course is NOTHING. Hardship is random.

YOU'RE NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO BE PICKED OUT FOR HARDSHIP.
Today @realDonaldTrump signed another Executive Order.
Most of the Hispanics there were born into incredible hardship.
SO WAS BEN CARSON.

(I was going to write something, but I changed my mind.)
The issue with people is that a massive percentage of them are game players.
What they SAY is not what they actually want or are aiming for.
When I determine that someone is playing a game, I write them off.
I'm not saying YOU should, but I've had my fill of them.

The reason I support Trump as frenetically as I do is that he tells us in plain language what he's doing.
George W. Bush was a self-saboteur. He discovered that he didn't actually LIKE being successful, so he reverted to being a failure.

The problem is that he made ALL OF US pay for HIS psychological issues.
That's unforgivable.
Mitt Romney is the same.
The Senator Who Must Not Be Named was another one.
And John Roberts, of course.
They revel in failure and self-pity.

These people are NEVER satisfied with failing alone.
They ALWAYS create a following--for lack of a better term--and then make THEM fail too.
"Ha-ha! You thought I was serious! It's YOUR fault for trusting me!"
Not necessarily.

If you've never been reeled in by such a person before, it's not your fault.
If you keep going BACK to that kind of person, then yes, it's your fault.
My people-chooser is broken. Nothing I can do about it. So I choose to be solitary.
This is because I attract predators.

They come after me.
And THAT'S the scary part.
When your people-chooser is broken, AND your attract predators, you have no choice but to be solitary.
I prefer it. As I've said before, I had two real friends. They were enough.

This is a good time to weed out the poseurs.
After Trump is reelected, we're going to see tectonic changes in politics, the media, and our culture.
The poseurs will wither on the vine.
And nobody will miss them.
Imagine THAT as your epitaph.

"The World as a Better Place Without Me."
Don't let that be written on your headstone.
It means you spent your life in hell.
By choice.
