Analysis: Check out Ja'Marr Chase at the bottom of the screen. Want to know an elite WR, see if he can block. He knows presnap he's not getting the ball.

The OU Defender responsible for the slot who made the catch was the SS 10 yards away

Look who is lined up at the RB position. LSU is so versatile in their offense.

The throw was not accurate by Burrow, but he waited for his WR to clear the LB's coverage zone so it didn't matter.

Nice little Levels Routes on the trips side.

TOUCHDOWN❗❗

Beautiful RPO on the third play of the game. Burrow correctly reads the presnap drop back from the OU DB and the Safety that came up for run support.

Hell of a throw and almost a hell of a catch. Joe Brady and Joe Burrow are confident as hell.

This is the epitome of SEC Football. Between the tackles, even if it's somewhat of a stretch.

Both A Gaps from OU are uncovered. Ofcourse this was a decent gain.

Oklahoma brings 3 and gets the sack. The stunt by their NT was a big factor.

Simple 5 yard out route with a delay in the break. LSU exposes the flats here.

The WR on the bottom clears the space with his 9 route.

Another execture Run Pass Option for LSU. The DB rolls up on the edge of the line of scrimmage, giving #1 Ja'Marr Chase the inside leverage.

Just a nice pitch and catch on the comeback route. One of the hardest routes to cover if you're already scared of being beat over the top.

Notice the audible LSU gives after OU stems their Defensive alignment towards the boundary.

I wonder what the original call was.

Remember that comeback route a couple plays ago? He was ready for it here. Pass Breakup.

Check the slot up top. Those 5 yard out routes with a delay in the break are extremely effective this game.

BIG BOY FOOTBALL🥞🥞🥞

If you can hit the truck stick like this in major CFB, you're going to get drafted at a respectable position.

I love seeing teams run between the tackles.
Play #14

Probably one of the best defensive plays in the run game for OU. They really are light in the britches.

Want to know why he's the #1 overall pick? The pocket awareness, and this throw on the run is why.

Also I love how they lineup Ja'Marr Chase EVERYWHERE!
Drive #2 and #3 Completed

Drive #2 resulted in 3 Plays 8 Yards and a Punt

Drive #3 resulted in 9 plays 75 Yards.

Sometimes elite QB's can just call it a day and take the check down. He may of had the skinny post down the middle briefly.

Bad angle from the Left Tackle here on Stretch Left.

As an OL you have to go where they are going to be, not where they are at. If he gets to OU Kenneth Murray's outside shoulder it's a HUGE play.

After this play you knew it wasn't Oklahoma's day....

#73 Adrian Magee @Siete__tres getting the two for one 🥞🥞🥞

This is what happens when you stint and someone runs right at you.
Play #20

It still amazes me that this was dropped... But hey, I have lineman hands and couldn't catch a pass 5 yards away.

Note to safeties. Don't get caught squatting for a WR will wheel right past you.
