the hormones + chemicals released when you are anxious or having panic attacks interrupts the gut bacteria which creates an imbalance. so, now it’s hard for your food to be digested correctly which can lead to bloating, constipation, acid reflux/heartburn, stomach pain *cont

for those asking for tips i recommend eating more probiotic foods/taking supplements (helped me a lot, i literally eat yogurt almost everyday) & consuming foods that have prebiotics in them (bananas, sweet potatos, asparagus, oats, seaweed, flaxseeds, dandelion greens *cont
* garlic, onions, & apples also have prebiotics but are also known for causing bloating, so if you have ibs, a digestive disorder, or just a sensitive stomach i recommend you not eat these foods as often or try slowly incorporating it into your lifestyle. we gotta eat wiselyâ˜č
