4/ In early June, ICE confirmed that HSI agents would be deployed to protests across the country. Since, they've been spotted around NYC, both at police precincts & at protests. 9/ In 2017, @ACLU_OR captured blatant profiling by ICE officers in plainclothes, driving unmarked minivans and asking immigrants for identification outside of a courthouse without identifying themselves:

11/ Ok, back to it: while these egregious tactics are coming to light just now, it's important to recognize that they've been employed against noncitizens FOR YEARS.
What we are seeing now is an expansion of these tactics and them being used on US citizens very publicly.
