2. SILENCE THE NEGATIVE SELF-TALK

When you say something to or about yourself

Your subconscious listens

Two things happen

- it accepts what you said as truth

- it motivates you to act consistently with that "truth"

Rewrite your programming

Take note of every single bad thing you say TO or ABOUT yourself

Then consciously tell yourself THE EXACT OPPOSITE

Watch yourself become more positive and confident

3. DROP THE KARENS

Some of y'all have too many negative people in your life

And it shows

It's one thing if they're family or coworkers

Otherwise, CUT THEM OUT
