Why is Atlantic Erris lamb special?

💯 sweet grass & herb fed lamb, with lots of extra clover, chicory & plantain, it’s naturally seasoned by the sea salt in the Atlantic sea breeze (possibly more of a howling gale in Belmullet!)

This is farming with nature in #Ireland

We lament the closures small, rural abattoirs, but unless we actually support them & those who produce our food, they’ll be gone forever.
