When you start off your day making your bed, you’ve already completed a task.
The brain clings to momentum.
When you’ve completed a task you’ll be motivated to do another one.
And another one.
This is why people write down their daily goals.

When you complete one, you’re more likely to move on & complete the next one.
Same thing goes for the milestones you set for your business.
We set them low & gradually increase them using it as a ladder to reach a larger goal.
I call these “checkpoints” along the way.
