Saying goodbye is always so hard but it’s a little easier to focus on the good times so I wanna start a thread on my favorite memories of my grandma. Bear with me, or just scroll past lmao.
From the time I was born I spent A LOT of time at both of my grandmas houses while my parents worked. I was blessed with amazing grandmas not gonna lie. Those are some of my best memories
I’ve been going to BYU games since I came out of the womb. She loved BYU more than anything, and was one of the BEST football game buddies. She loves those @BYUfootball boys like they’re her own
One time when I was 16, I had a huge crush on Mitch Mathews so she tracked him down at football event and got a personalized poster just for me. And then a hat a few months later

She’s never missed an important moment in my life. Whether it was a softball game, a DECA award ceremony, I was having a bad day, or just needed my grandma she’s always been there. I miss when she used to pitch to me & karlee in the backyard, and yell at the umpires all game

Fishing. Most people assume my grandpa is the one who taught me everything about fishing, and while that may be partly true, my grandma can out fish anyone. From the time I was little I loved going fishing with them. Im so glad I was able to go one last time to Blackfoot.
My grandma has the biggest heart and love for people. From the day she met my boyfriend she’s welcomed him with open arms and loved him like her own grandchild. I joke that she loves him more than me but watching those two interact the past week and a half has been amazing
