I don't put too much weight in alignment that much in RP games today, but here's my take on the SFV cast: A thread
Lawful Good: Adheres to a code or set of customs with out unfair treatment to accomplish goals

Chun, Guile and Lucia are obvious candidates for this regarding law enforcement and military. They don't kill to uphold their ideals but have a strict and clear viewpoint.
Neutral Good: Does the best a good person can. Most of the cast is going to fall under NG because they live the best lives they can to accomplish their goals with out constantly breaking laws/hurting people.
Chaotic Good: Some characters here are redemption characters (Poison, Rog). Good characters that will step outside the boundary of tradition or law to accomplish good deeds. Think Robin Hood. Lots of SF characters follow the "used to be a bad guy, now good guy" build.
