So, I decided to crunch the numbers. TV ONLY, NOT DARK. Facts and data are always important to a discussion.
There have been 42 episodes of AEW Dynamite, with 183 men’s matches.

There have been 42 episodes of AEW Dynamite, with 183 men’s matches.
In those 183 matches, there have been 72 different wrestlers. Nine (12%) have been African American.
38 (20%) of those 183 matches have featured those 9. Their record is 11-27.
Scorpio and Private Party have the only wins. They’ve been in 25 of the 38 matches (65.7%).

Sonny Kiss, Private Party, and Scorpio Sky were the only ones who were on through the first 26 Dynamites. Scorpio/PP are also the only ones who’ve been on PPV.
Private Party’s win on July 1 was their first on Dynamite since Nov. 6.

While many are being used on DARK and picking up wins, it’s important to note that as far as has been announced, Sonny, Private Party, and Scorpio are the only folks actually signed to AEW.
