Amongst other things, I was called a "dumb bitch" and "tap dancer" for calling out anti Semitism so blatant it almost felt silly calling it out. And the reason why this has stuck with me, was because the only individuals (admittedly in single number) to object to me were Black
I am now thinking about some Black people, taking a new interest into African history and identity, are getting their information from very racist places and thinking "that sounds about right" because they had a Jewish lawyer/accountant one time five years ago
I can assure you it wasn't Jewish people putting dogshit through our letter boxes in the 50s, 60s and 70s. It wasn't Jewish people building nations on the free labour of Africans. And it ain't Jewish people deporting our elders now
anyway, I just wanted to say just because I know where Africans and African descended people stand in the context of white capitalism and other white institutions etc, I am not here for bashing people who are also victims of white "supremacy" in the name of "whataboutery"
I didn't like the "if I said n**** I'd be suspended quicker" tweets either because we know thats not true - look our Govt. But W*l*y shouldn't have 5 more years on Twitter cos KH did. And again, that is not the fault of Jewish people so direct your feedback more appropriately
It was a lot of madness and if it was a bit mad for me, it must have been infuriating for Jewish people
