"The Club is aware of the consequences of not meeting those requirements."
Seeing as we are already under a transfer embargo, if that does not scream we are the next #BuryFC, I don't know what does! #CAFC https://twitter.com/EFL_Comms/status/1287826041940193280

@Chris_Farnell and Co have used the line for weeks that they have been waiting on the @EFL, and that is why him and his mates have yet to been approved.
The fans suspected that was not the truth.
The EFL have just confirmed that is not the truth.

As it stands the @EFL do not have confidence in ESI, that they meet the regulatory requirements as set out by the English Football League. They have specifically stated that the ESI has been informed the upcoming punishment if they fail to meet these requirements.

And seeing as we are already under a transfer embargo, and this has been going on since ESI v1, is it unrealistic to think that the punishment they have put forward to ESI, is that unless they meet these requirements - #CAFC will be kicked out of the English Football League?
I do not think the @EFL are fit for purpose, but I also think that the @FA and @DCMS dodge a lot of the flak. The FA is the national governing body of the game, technically the EFL and Premier League are competitions. Yet the FA are silent.
The DCMS talk around proposals for change but nothing ever seems to happen.
Is the long term plan for us to get chucked out of the league, so Duchatelet and ESI can profit on the land?
Can't see any other end game or what ESI are playing at. #cafc
