Watching BBC news and they just had a very very brief segment on black teachers. A few key points from the segment;

Very interesting that this segment was at 22:30 on a Monday night during the summer holidays

SLT definitely needs to be more diverse across the country and without the token gestures. Real change and diversity should be implemented.
