Bernd Leno :
Thoughts -
Leno has been one of our best players this season. He has made number of saves and won us points on his own at times. Few errors here and there but has been consistent for the most part.

Emi Martínez :
Thoughts -
One of the best players ever since he came into the team . Made some amazing saves and ball distribution has been top class aswell. Will give tough competition to Leno next season imo.

Hector Bellerin :
Thoughts -
Not a good season at all. Been average most of the games. Clueless at times, caught off positions alot of times. The injury really did him dirty and lose his most important asset which was his pace.Passing has been shit at times tbf.

Thoughts -
A good signing for a back up RB imo. Hasn't played much ever since he joined Arsenal. Has shown glimpses of good crossing ability which our players lack tbf. Needs to be given some time to be judged imo

Thoughts -
Been shambolic at times been worldclass at times. Looked shaky in a back 4. But been pretty solid in a back 3. One of the best ball playing Cbs in the league. If u leave his few mistakes he has had a good season imo.

Thoughts -
Has improved massively under arteta. A good season compared to his last few seasons. Has won almost everything in the air for some time. Yep he did had few lapse of concentration.

Thoughts -
Not upto the required standards for sure. Needs to be sold at the end of the season. Passing and decision making has been dreadful whenever he has played. Can't play out from the back. Rash tackles and challenges as always.

Rob Holding :
Thoughts -
He had a pretty bad season tbh. He seems so clueless at times. Has been significantly slow and has got easily exposed. Another similar case to Bellerin lost some of his pace aswell. Been weak at set pieces and looked real shaky.

Calum Chambers :
Thoughts -
Was one of our best defenders before his injury. Was shuffled and used everywhere in the backline. And often was solid imo. Was a basic defender tbh we have missed. Hoping for his return soon.

Sead kolasinac :
Thoughts -
Kolasinac has been shambolic at times this season. Few of his decision makings and passes he has played felt like he wasn't thinking before doing that. Has surprisingly got bullied at times. Nothing special, has done okay at times.

Got injured too early so can't say anything for now.

Kieren Tierney :
Thoughts -
Was injured for large part of the season. But has been TOP class since he started playing. Good tackling , decision making is amazing, leadership qualities aswell. And has world class crossing ability. Pretty impressive till now.

I think our defence was really open under Unai emery. What Arteta has done is he has brought compactness in the team which has exposed our defence less compared to the games under emery. The shots faced per game have reduced, also the goals conceded per game.
Addition of a World class CB and a RB will help our defence alot. All credits to Arteta to make this average defence look better and concede less.
If I'm being real we need to bin the likes of Sokratis, kolasinac, holding and bellerin imo. And cash in. I will make a thread on our midfielders and attackers tomorrow. Like this tweet if u have read till here
