This is why iconoclasm by ISIS is wrong but OK if done by BLM; attending concerts is wrong in COVID-19 but attending a protest march is OK; graffiti is wrong unless you agree with the message; destroying people's property is wrong unless you are doing for a good cause. 2/3
This shifting & murky moral landscape should be unsettling to all people, regardless of political affiliation. A moral compass built on circumstances is dangerous, because circumstances constantly change. Be warned so that you don't end up a man "hoist with his own petard" 3/3
