Second, what he demonstrated was the bolt closing from a jolt. Open bolt guns will fire automatically when the bolt goes forward as shown. The AR-15 does not fire from an open bolt, it fires from a closed bolt, otherwise every time you loaded a round in the chamber, it'd fire.
Third, he's also wrong about the number of people being killed "every day" in training and such. It is not a frequent occurrence, at all. The US military doesn't lose 365 people a year due to M16 bolts slamming foward or guns just "going off"
Folks, this guy is a fraud. He's not "highly trained" and his group is filled with negligent folks as shown last weekend when one of their members shot 3 others. There was a tweet going around "allegedly" from him saying it was a "mole"
