idk who needs to hear this but cities are not just places for white people to live in their 20s and then leave again
imagine moving to the suburbs lmao
it’s amazing that you can tweet that cities aren’t just playgrounds for white people and still upset people lol. real people live in cities with real communities that need to be invested in! pay city taxes, support public schools, care about your neighbors, etc.
anyone who doesn’t understand that suburbs are conceptually and structurally racist needs to read a book about how and why suburbs were created. in america they are a direct result of the supreme court ruling on school integration
lastly, schools should not be funded off of property taxes and housing should not be a commodity at all. abolish charter schools and private schools, eat all landlords and developers
