i'm saying this as a trans man, i do like seeing cis guys draw trans guys in their porn. and i'd love to see more guys draw it

but i know artists may be hesitant to draw trans guys and worry about their portrayal so here's my advice + thoughts on it
i think the worry to portray it correctly is the right first step, it shows you care.
i CANNOT speak for all trans guys but this is from my experience
i'll talk about how to portray it + what makes trans men art fetishy
the easiest way to portray trans men in art in my honest opinion, for a cis guy? just draw them like you would any other cis male oc. you can draw trans men tall, buff, hairy, with full beards even. they exist.
of course, you need to understand they transitioned to get there,
so they will likely have top surgery scars + bottom growth.

you can google top surgery scars and get refs instantly in google. there are multiple types, but i'd recommend drawing "double incision" scars, it is the most common form of surgery, its where there is a line under each
breast, and some scarring around the nipples tho tbh i know a lot of trans guys dont draw scarring around nipples. don't worry if you forget it. its can fade for a lot of people as well.

for bottom growth? this can be the more difficult part. even i struggled for a while to draw it and still do, lol. the clitoris grows on testosterone, and may even appear like a very small penis. there is absolutely nothing wrong with searching for trans men porn and studying it.
since the clit growth can vary a lot. i would just say, avoid drawing it too small, like too close to original clit size.

AND HEY: if its still intimidating, draw your trans man character in a strap on! you can draw them in one of those brief strap on holders + whatever dildo
dildo you want. can be a simple one or a realistic looking one. it's good to portray trans men as tops, for a cis men to /ALWAYS/ draw trans men as bottoms it can appear fetishy to people. nothing wrong with drawing trans men bottoming though, vaginally or anally.
i know i mentioned buff masc trans men, but you can draw trans men of any body type. AND YES, trans men can be any shape , size, not be on testosterone, not have surgery, but this is a guide on drawing post surgery/t trans men.
you can draw fat trans men, muscle gut, skinny, pear shaped, etc!!! i know trans men have an issue if a cis men ALWAYS draws their trans guys short, skinny, with big hips. variety is really important, especially if you draw cis men with different body shapes.
and now for the most important thing to avoid.
(warning for uncensored slurs)

do not refer to trans men with words like "cuntboy". also to avoid: "boi" "trans boi" and other forms of this

words that are okay:
trans man, trans guy, trans boy, trans male, trans masc(culine)
if you are a cis artist who is interested in drawing a trans man character for art, my DMs are (sometimes) open to help answer questions, offer advice, etc.

i thought id end this with some examples of furry trans men characters ive made :'D
i just want to stress:
this is a beginning guide to drawing trans men

specifically more masculine presenting, cis male passing trans men

since i feel it is a good place to start for (gay/bi/pan) artists who regularly draws cis masculine men.
Addition!!
I want to include a t-dick (clitoris growth on testosterone) tutorial!

And for terms when it comes to dialogue/tagging: you can refer it to as a dick, t-dick, clit/clitoris. All are fine https://twitter.com/sweatbots/status/1223431032462028801
