I did some research into the unhealthy habits that are beginning to emerge due to COVID quarantine. Here's a non-exhaustive thread:

- Television viewing has increased 30% (now 41 hours/week on average)

- Americans spend twice as much online shopping since the pandemic began.
- For 8 consecutive weeks, beer sales have topped $1B—the highest ever.

- Cigarette smoking has made a comeback during the pandemic.

- Video game usage has increased 50%.

- Porn consumption has increased 22%.
- Unhealthy sleep patterns have emerged for 67% of Americans.

- 76% of Americans have gained weight from mid-March.
- 65% of Americans are exercising less.

Consider this as a helpful reminder. You don't need a vaccine to take control of your health. Choose healthy habits every day.
