Its Sunday and once again I'm planning for my week ahead

Here's a quick thread on why YOU should too
1. Sense of direction

You can say what your doing, why your doing it and setting what goal you want to achieve from it
2. Take away any uncertainties

Go into the week with conviction on any tasks that you need to complete

Uncertainty costs you time and we all know what time equals..
3. Momentum

Increase your motivation by carrying on the momentum you have built up in the previous week

If you do nothing on a Sunday, you kill any momentum you’ve just built up and you may be back to square one
You’ve probably heard me talk about steam train momentum before, it doesn’t happen when you don’t plan, trust me
4. Fulfilment

How can you feel good about ticking those task boxes when you haven’t even created them..

Create the boxes, tick them off, feel amazing
The point of this thread

Plan on Sundays

Don’t ‘guess’ the week ahead of you
