1/ My indicators for being bullish on #Bitcoin
are different than most:
New Kyc exchange
Corps embracing Bitcoin
New waves of gamblers and speculators
Federated sidechains
institutional investors
Like chainalysis, these are inevitable but don't improve BTC

2/ What does make me bullish on #Bitcoin
right now
Non-KYC accumulation
User friendly guides
Hardware
Self verification / Nodes
local Meetups
non Internet Bitcoin methods
privacy

3/ Non KYC accumulation:
@bisq and @hodlhodl
@DiverterNoKYC's street mining
Getting paid in Bitcoin. Pick your wallet ( @SamouraiWallet or Sentinel for me) or use @BtcpayServer for a full store

4/ @BitcoinQ_A has been putting out some amazing guides lately on all things bitcoin. Here's a great one on Whirlpool
https://www.bitcoinqna.com/post/whirlpool-faq
Also check out @KISBitcoin for great YouTube tutorials for hardware wallets and multisig

5/ Speaking of hardware wallets, Ledger is proving to be a security risk. @Coldcard is my go to, but I'm excited about @FOUNDATIONdvcs. Competition is good and they both use the same core functionality.
6/ We've seen a number of easy to install node-in-a-box implementations pop up lately.
@mynodebtc, @RoninDojoUI and of course @nodl_it's red beast dojo. Did I miss any?

7/ Local meetups are where the real conversations happen. @ocbtcn sets a great example of how to do it. Listen to @sthenc talk about it on @stephanlivera and then find or start your own. https://anchor.fm/stephan-livera/episodes/SLP197-Stephen-Cole-How-to-Run-Your-Local-Bitcoin-Meetup-ehg2g4
8/ non Internet Bitcoin is so rad to me. @Locha_io, @goTenna and the @Blockstream comes to mind but I'm hopeful for more examples over the next year. Maybe some LoRaMesh or other radio?

9/ Privacy
This is something that seems to have stalled on Bitcoin in many ways. I disagree w monero frens that easy auditability can be sacrificed for privacy, but that shouldn't mean we abandon it on main chain.
What happened to Dandelion? Why is nobody imementing Bip47?

10/ Privacy (cont'd)
If we abandon privacy for NgU, we allow regulatory capture & kyc to control Bitcoin. Doesn't matter if we all run our own nodes if everything is known by chain surveillance corps like Conbase. Break the heuristics. Push for privacy.

11/ I am still excited for Bitcoin but for street level, peer to peer, censorship resistant reasons, not speculative, gainz-seeking, compliance bros bending the knee in the name of 'stacking sats'. Accumulation & savings are good, but not if it's still controlled by mega corps
