I, like many of you have worked long hours away from our families too long. Our coworkers are closer to us at times. I’m not settling for 10 hours away (2 hours total commute) from my little ones 5 days a week. I’ve put up with a 3% raise each year. [continue]
I’m making a good average salary by most standards (IT admin). But it’s still average. It’s like working out for 10 years and only seeing the top abs of the six you have. I deserve more. I’m capable of more. My family deserves more. [continue]
Why would I let some executive power determine the ceiling for the most I can make in a year? There is so much money-making potential I hold in my hands. I’m gonna continue to fight so I can leave the corporate world. The possibilities are truly endless! @WestCoast_Goodz
