It’s like they’re in 2008 all over again. Talented, but declining players (Dinho, Deco, etc.) preventing the team from being as good as it could be.

It took the balls and courage of a young Pep to come in, stand up to the egos, and make changes to take the team to new heights.
That’s what’s needed again this time around. The job itself isn’t that difficult. There are clear building blocks of a great team, the new coach just HAS to stand up to the board and the players to make clear changes.

Out with the old, in with the new.
