On the night of August 11th, 2017 many of us watched in horror as fascists marched with torches through the streets of Charlottesville, Virginia. The following day the infamous Unite the Right rally organized by Jason Kessler was held ending in the murder of Heather Heyer.
This violence was a long time in the making but the events of that weekend permanently changed a lot of our friends that we respect deeply. 50 years from now if there is a lead on a fascist that attended Unite the Right we will drop everything to chase that lead.
In Weatherford, TX just west of Fort Worth, a confederate monument stands on the grounds of the courthouse there and it has been a place of protest for BLM activists. Fast forward to this past Tuesday, August 18, 2020 - a protest was taking place at the site of the confederate statue and a man started engaging with the protesters using racist language and then proceeded to admit that he was in Charlottesville and give a nazi salute.
Here is what Mr “Neon Nazi” and “white supreme ice cream” had to say when anti racist protesters interviewed him:

This is where our knowledge of this man who identified himself as “John” ends and our work continues. We need everyone’s help to protect our friends and our community. This piece of shit ran his mouth about Charlottesville with no provocation. Someone knows his identity.
Look at his clothes/hat, wearing bike shorts and his arms/legs are shaved. We know he drives a raised Toyota Tacoma. His height/weight, he’s sitting in a child’s lawn chair, the police are comfortable with his presence while Chief Arnold vowed to separate activists and racists.
“John” is about to make a shit ton of new friends that he really didn’t want to make. If you join or support these hate groups, expect to receive the same treatment. From Dallas/Fort Worth to Charlottesville, VA. We protect us.
