Despite scoring 30 goals, Jimenez has only ever scored more than one goal in a PL game twice:

Here’s where it gets interesting (to me at least).
Despite scoring the other 26 league goals in separate matches, all 30 of Jimenez’s PL goals have come against only 14 clubs.

So the evidence seems to suggest that although Jimenez spreads his returns across games rather than getting big hauls, he appears to like to score against certain teams.
