I don’t care anymore on Frank´s tactics since there is something even more concerning. He is trying (Jorginho) or tried (Pulisic,Kovacic) to leave apart not only our best quality players (based on stats or “eye-test”), but also our best fucking PROFESSIONAL players. [A THREAD]
Their quality is levels above the rest of the team and if you cannot agree, please quit this thread. Whether you base on stats or “eye-test” or important teams in which they played regularly or simply based on what they offer us when they are on the pitch.
But I’m here to talk about how truly professionals they are. Something that every fucking team in the world needs. And something I just can’t explain from this fanbse or more importantly, from Super Frank. So lets go one by one:
Pulisic
Despite excellent performances, including a hat-trick against Burnley and his display against Ajax, he barely got game time.Getting subbed on with very few minutes to go, being benched despite a having a good game in the previous match, almost erased by Frank after winter

Even Super Frank started inventing he was injured, something really concerning from a coach and an exprofessional player. Instead of moaning, he showed true passion for the team with the very few minutes given, as the whole world witnessed when he was subbed on against Liverpool
Kova
Fantastic first half of the season (mostly paired with Jorginho
)He reached a higher level than last season under Sarri. Actually, we were not playing bad football. To Jovacic haters, let me tell most of the stats you use to defend Frank came with Jovacic on the pitch
Fantastic first half of the season (mostly paired with Jorginho

A monster on the ball and at recovering it. Despite all this, Frank started to intermittely bench him. After shut down, he was benched for many games in a row. Still, never moaned, outperformed with any chance give, to finally become our player of the season
Jorginho:
Despite Sarri’s departure, he became a key player on the first half of the season to the point that he was named vice-captain and serious captain contender. Again, we were actually playing good football with him paired with Kova. What happened next? Who knows.

Disrespect reached a whole new level to the point that he prefered to risk an injured 19 years old over him, decision that right now have our truly generational wonderkid Billy on a long term injury. I’m sure he even considered an unknown Bate over him.
Nor Lampard nor the fucking fan base can never deny the fact that as soon he was subbed on, all of the players on the pitch immediately pointed who is the fucking boss in this team. Every fucking ball went through him. Something very similar when he was subbed on against Arsenal.
I’ll add Giroud who is clearly not on the same level, but his professionalism is remarkable. Super Frank not giving a single opportunity on the first half to a Premier League veteran and a World Cup winner. Never moaned and could have easily left, but stayed to get his place.
Dear @ChelseaFC fanbase, whether you love Frank or not, the thread here only shows facts.
These are the type of players a team is build with, world class players who, more importantly, are respectable professionals.
