ARMY business qualities suck when the alternative is special forces. When someone slacks off, they not only hurt themselves but the whole team. Remove them.

The two founders started to get mad that the new guy did nothing useful and was getting paid.
They forgot legal (shareholder resolution with majority vote), and kicked him out involuntarily. Their forgery, forged their downfall.

Arguing and politics in business is the biggest WASTE. There is no place for it.
Get your lawyers onto the case, let them figure out the geeky shit and move on with it.
Spend that time generating more income, you can't solve everything on your own.

BUT, be prepared for the WORST.
Know you're vices and weak spots: work to make them stronger.
