This is an interesting video with Vinai & Edi.
Some thoughts:
1. Vinai comes across really well. To the point, no shirking on where he wants to take the club, didn't feel contrived.

2. Edu and Arteta on the same level. Very odd move, would not feel great about that if I were the Technical Director. It's a demotion.
3. Video did a lot of over-explaining on how it'd work. Simply put, things like this don't work, someone is always more dominant. That'd be MA.

4. Have heard there are concerns about Edu at Arsenal, so I can understand why they've done it. 'We just get each other' isn't a technical rationale.
5. All eggs in the Mikel basket. Not a bad bet, but you always have to be thinking about the future, and it's not sustainable.

Concluding thoughts:
I'm very happy that Arteta is being given a prominent role. I'm also glad that Vinai has been given full control as CEO. Full accountability at last. The Edu thing will play out in due course, but keep an eye on it, not sure this prezzer was good for him.
