Desmond Phillips beaten by @SacPolice so bad he suffered seizures. Moved to Chico to get a way from Sac Police and was murdered by @ChicoPolice after having a seizure and asking for medical help.
Lorenzo Cruz was from Sacramento & murdered by @RocklinPolice (so they say) but the 911 call made by the wife of ex LE, you hear her husband shooting at Cruz. Cruz also knew the mans daughter. The call was originally accusing Cruz of trying to break in the home at 10am on a Sat.
Ryan Ellis was murdered by the @sacsheriff saying he somehow was cuffed and in the back of a police car driving, was able to lunge out of the window to his death. It took them 4 hrs to get him to the hospital.
