Aku bukan nak condemn mana-mana ajen insurans. Tapi kalau boleh terangkan kepada client anda from A-Z. Tak kiralah korang jual produk apa pon (takaful or insurans). Korang jual takaful pon yg halal disisi islam tapi penjualan tu tak telus pon tak elok juga.
Kenapa aku ckp tak telus? Sbb tak bgtau client secara menyeluruh ttg produk tu. Estimated surrender value, apa yg protection tu cover, etc. Kalau medical card, sesetengah ajen terus ckp semua cover. Lepas enforced, terus cover. Bgtau tak yg immediate coverage utk apa & sebagainya
Bgtau tak kena jujur masa declaration sbb benda tu effect sekiranya ttba ada CI dalam tempoh awal pengambilan medical card tu. Jgn cakap CI je, kalau dlm tempoh awal tu ko masuk sbb gastric (bukan disebabkan food poisoning) pon boleh di reject (some company)
Tu belum lagi kalau ambil Investment plan. Bgtau tak fund apa yg dimasukkan. Korang suggest, tp sesuai tak dgn portfolio client? Jgn main sebat je. Tu duit client korang, diorg perlu tau. If endowment plan plak, yg mana cash out tu, calculate betul2. Kalau dh matured berapa dpt?
Jgn sebab nak kejar commission, korang lupa tanggungjawab korang utk explain dan buat KYC utk client korang. Check portfolio diorang for investmemt-linked product. Aku doakan korang sentiasa berjaya tak kira company apa korang join. Product apa yg korang jual.. good luck!!
