Evolution is an amazing thing.

Once a project starts evolving and branching, it's indicative of growth and life. This shows a project and its participants have an amazing, productive energy.

Some folk really struggle with evolution, change can be a very difficult thing when imposed and not collaborative.

Others have learned to trust in flow, learning while change happens around them, finding strengths in others and trusting in their intent and good practice.

A collaborative, sociocratic project will try to support even those fearful of change, bringing them with the main group, in a caring and nurturing way.
