I’m surprised how low the early vote is in PA, and how many Dems are waiting for Nov 3, but okay I get it.

If you signed up for a mail-in ballot but it did not come, go to your polling place and request a “provisional ballot” to vote in person. They will check you did not vote by mail before they tally your ballot. Explain your status to the poll worker.
