You are allowed to be exactly where you are on your sexual liberation journey.
Sexual liberation is not a destination, it’s a constantly evolving journey. And we’re learning how to accept the highs and lows that come with our journey.
We are recognizing and appreciating the moments we need to rest or cry, don’t feel like being sexual, don’t listen to our erotic voice, or revert back to unhealthy habits.
Cultivating self-compassion has created space for us to tend to our needs, make mistakes, practice patience, and fully embrace the journey for all that it is.
You don’t have to pressure yourself to feel pleasure, happy, or productive all the time. Where you are is exactly where your body, mind, and heart needs to be.
From rest, self-soothing, grounding and letting things go as self-care, there are many ways to practice self-compassion. How are you centering self-compassion?
