Trump is actively encouraging political violence in order to intimidate liberals out of voting or organizing election protection events. The first thing to understand is that while right wing militias like to make a lot of noise, they are small in number. The chance they will hurt you if you vote or attend a demonstration is actually quite small.
The vast majority of Trump voters are like Trump: They may talk big, but they actually prefer to hide in their bunkers. If progressives stick together, there is very little they can do to us. (The police are a different story, but this is about the wannabe terrorists.)
The majority of incidents of Trumpers trying to intimidate progressives shows exactly how cowardly they are. They stay in their cars, too afraid to even look their targets in the eye. We should not be afraid of people who are that gutless.
The incident with the McCloskeys shows the reality of all this right wing posturing. Oh, they had guns, but were impotent and pathetic weenies who were practically pissing their pants in fear of people who were demonstrating peacefully.
