Nah I’m sorry, Ole is a mid manager (at best).
In game adjustments - zero. Of course this United squad is so unbalanced but he isn’t getting the best out of anyone for long periods. He will stay with a not working team/strategy for 5-10 games too much. He’s no Top 6 manager.
