6) contd . . . Bush was only ahead in Ohio--"the" key swing state to win the election---by 118,000 votes. Kerry got a recanvass, and found machine irregularities in Franklin County (Columbus) that resulted in 4,000 of Bush's votes getting tossed.

11) But that is likely not the play. The play is to show fraud convincingly enough that state legislators in WI & MI would feel comfortable concluding Trump actually won & would submit a Trump elector slate.

12) Let me remind everyone: governors have no role whatsoever in the submission of slates of electors to the U.S. Senate on 12/14. ONLY the state legislators.

13) To repeat, the strategy in WI & MI is to a) recanvass and make sure you can't whittle down that lead, and b) show clear & present evidence of fraud, thereby depriving voters of their rights of citizens.

14) Remember, though, these are politicians. Team Trump must provide them every single fig leaf of covering they possibly can to show that there is obvious fraud involved. The best evidence?

15) Now, on to PA. In PA the battle is quite different. It is over a victory Trump won last week that required all ballots that were postmarked after 11/3 to be segregated.

20) What the DemoKKKrats are claiming (which is why I think they "have" been counting these in the totals) is that the PA state legislature did not have the authority to change that law cutting off the receipt date at a postmark of 11/3.
